Bharat Electroni - Disclosure Of Change In Shareholding Under Regulation 29(2) Of The Securities And Exchange Board Of India

The Company has received disclosures dated December 06, 2018, under Regulation 29(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SAST) Regulations, 2011 from President of India, acting through the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, ('Promoter') for sale of 101,344,876 equity shares of Bharat Electronics Limited.

As aforesaid, we are enclosing copy of the disclosure received.
